We monitor new patent activity or status changes to existing patent. Patent Watch is to keep the records on the new inventions coming up in a particular field of technology. Patent Watch is an efficient monitoring and tracking system of both newly published patent applications and issued patents. Searches conducted via Patent Watch are performed on a regular basis (weekly/biweekly/ monthly/quarterly), and may be classified as one or both of the following types:
Technical Patent Watch - Monitor newly published patent applications and/or issued patents in a particular technical area as soon as they are published.
Competitor Patent Watch - Monitor newly published patent applications and/or issued patents of competitor companies and inventors.
Patent Proof Reading
We provide patent proofreading to identify errors that can affect the patent's enforceability. We provide a comprehensive two-part proofreading report with each patent, indicating any errors or discrepancies discovered, making it easy to file a Certificate of Corrections.
Patent Translations
We provide patent translations services including IP law firms, clients in the life sciences (biotech firms, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies) and clients in the technological industries. We do translation of Patent Applications, priority documents etc for filing at patent offices worldwide. We do translation services for litigation and for information purposes.
Patent Docketing
We provide docketing service which includes processing, docketing and database update for all incoming PTO actions and correspondence. This includes docket cross-off, postcard processing, email notification and initial due date reminder. Extra services include: activity creation/document upload (no docketing), additional reminders, phone call on final deadlines, reference entry, reference ordering, reference scanning, template creation/maintenance, forwarding of original documents, and scanning/copying.
